Sustainable Practices

Sustainable Practices Our goal is to act as wise stewards of all that God has entrusted to us. In pursuit of this we have implemented many ecologically-sound, energy-efficient, and resource-conserving practices in the areas of waste reduction, energy conservation, water conservation, and pollution reduction. Waste Reduction

  1. We have implemented general waste reduction, recycling, and reuse measures
  2. We actively pursue office paper waste reduction
  3. We purchase recycled content products

Energy Conservation

  1. We perform regular maintenance of equipment to maintain efficient operation
  2. We actively pursue energy savings in our purchase and use of equipment
  3. We have implemented many energy-conserving practices on our campus

Water Conservation

  1. We have implemented general water conservation measures
  2. We actively pursue water conservation in our purchase and use of equipment
  3. We have implemented many water-conserving practices on our campus

Pollution Reduction

  1. We have implemented good housekeeping and pollution reduction measures
  2. We make every effort to reduce chemical use
  3. We recycle potential pollutants whenever possible
  4. We actively pursue reduction in vehicle emissions
