Dr. Ruth Padilla DeBorst is a theologian, missiologist, and educator. She serves as Rectora of CETI, a theological degree granting community offering Master’s and Certificate level programs across Latin America. She also serves as a Trustee of the Oxford Centre for Mission Studies and as Networking Team Coordinator of The International Fellowship for Mission as Transformation (INFEMIT). With her husband, James, she lives in Casa Adobe, an intentional Christian Community in Costa Rica.
Dr. Ruth Padilla DeBorst was born in Colombia. She received her high school and university education in Argentina. She holds an MA from Wheaton College and PhD in theology from Boston University.

Dr. Jeffrey A. Reimer, who with his co-workers, conducts research that provides insight into the chemistry of materials systems aimed at environmental protection, human sustainability, and technological innovation. Dr. Reimer is currently Chair of Berkeley’s Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
